Pay rate:

$150/hour + 20% agency fee, if applicable (FULL BUYOUT)

Payment terms:

Payment is a typical net 30 day term upon invoice.

Usage:

Video & photo used for company website & social media platforms, printed promotional materials

Must be hired as a Utah local

Talent type:

We are looking for 2 models for the USANA facial oil product video & photo shoot.

Female models, all sizes between 24-45 years. Any ethnicity but specifically need one Hispanic model that can speak Spanish.

Must have flawless skin! Beautiful skin is important.

Please provide a video audition using the form below.
Video audition instruction:
1) Full body front view
2) Full body profile view
3) Close up of face front view (no make-up preferred)
4) Close profile view
5) Show us your hands (front and back)
6) Show a neutral facial look, then smile, smooth hand touch across your check, wink, blow a kiss and give us a laugh.

Video audition should be about 30 to 45 seconds long

Please provide the following photos:
1) Headshot (professional)
2) Headshot (selfie-no make-up)
2) Profile shot (selfie-no make-up)

(Please do not send me the actual video file or a link to download a video file. I need a shareable link from either YouTube or Vimeo. I use the shareable code to send a video gallery to the client).
