Please have your child introduce themselves (name, age & agency, if applicable), then act out their favorite animal. They can tell us why they love that animal. We want to see them have fun with this. Video should not be longer than a minute. Upload to YouTube.com and mark as unlisted. Copy the URL into the form below. |

| Notes: | This is a cute project where the kids are playing in an animal costume to promote a nutritional product. We need kids that feel confident jumping around and can have fun right away. They won’t need to speak or memorize any lines it’s just a day of organized fun in animal costumes. Talent will be selected by September 6th. |
